[RTTY] NCJ RTTY Sprint

Just curious as to what all the "competetion" I had trying to work PW0T and
TI9M should be called? Sounded like a "contest" to me? It may take some work
on y'all's part, but a KY multiplier could be available in Sprint!  :)
