Another callsign suggestion.

Parody is close enough to Louisiana, right?  I'll bet the
island was first discovered by the famous French explorer,
M. Parody.

How about FR1LL for the callsign?

Like Spratly, we can just use multiple prefixes.  Reserving
the French one for the SSB station.
