Before Dayton there was a discussion about the zone 16 (log checking
software) versus zone 17 (logged as sent) issue for some UA9 calls 
and it's consequences: - recipients got QSOs removed from their score,
the senders got full credit....
Wasn't this issue supposed to be discussed at Dayton? If so, what is the
outcome?
