[RTTY] CY9DH - No Digital Operation!

Just confirmed with the operator, Dwaine, on 21.290 MHz that there will be no 
digital operations from CY9DH. Earlier reports stated that there would be

 I told him that this was going to disappoint a lot of people. I got the 
reply that "you should have told us this before hand." I guess the 6 meter 
people did a lot better job than we did on getting their message across.
