I missed the July CQ issue due to a renewal gap but the parent web site
does have a link to the PDF file with the new rules... there are changes
in the DEADLINE, E-MAIL ADDRESS, and Multiplier listing.

Select CQWW RTTY contest from the list for the PDF file with the 2002
rules.
I can't copy and paste the PDF text. The Canadian area list is:
VE1 (NB, NS), VE2, VE3, VE4, VE5, VE6, VE7, VE8 (NWT), VO1, VO2, VY1
(YT), VY2 (PE), VY0 (NU).
That is correctly counted as 13 multipliers and VE9 would simply be an
alias.
Log deadline is October 31, 2002. The email address for log submission
is rtty@cqww.com
