Comments:

Not many stations participated.. Several stations didn't understand the QSY 
rule. The frustrating part is when big (HP) guys step on little guys and 
the station wanted by the little guy QSY's after being worked by the big 
guy. But that's contesting, "He who gets there first with the most is the 
one who gets the QSO..."
