Hi all
Well here it is, the summary for K1UG's second ever contest on RTTY (and
second ever contest too).
I was using my MixW with about 80 watts from my 706 II G with a G5RV Jr.
that I put up in my attic on Saturday afternoon. However, I couldn't use 10M
as I was having some RF problems with the computer. It would restart every
time I keyed up on 10! Not very good for your QSO rate I'm afraid! Anyway I
can resolve that... just goes to show that preparation counts.
I learned such a lot and will definitely be looking for a better logging
application... WriteLog seems to be the one to look at... any comments
gratefully received.
Anyway, thanks to all that helped me up my state and country count too. I
thoroughly enjoyed the contest and I'm hooked. You'll be seeing a lot more
of me.

when I'm visiting the UK.
