The best thing ever to happen to on-line score reporting
is the automated score collection and summary reporting
system, cooked up by Mike Dinkleman, N7WA. To take advantage of
this fantastic system, you should report your score by going
to:
http://www.hornucopia.com/3830score/

You do not have to subscribe to 3830 to post your score
in this manner. There is plenty of room to add comments
to your score input. This URL puts your score in a standardized
format, and posts it to 3830, with an e-mail copy back to
the originator. The scores are then automatically compiled into
a summary report. These summary reports come out a day or two
after the contest, and are updated every few days for a couple
of weeks or so. They show all reported scores, so you
can see how you did compared to everyone else. The summary
reports are posted to the 3830 and cq-contest reflectors.

Maybe we can have ONE PERSON cross-post the summary to the
RTTY reflector. Or, maybe we can even have Mike
add the RTTY reflector to the distribution list for RTTY contest
summaries. That would probably be up to Mike and whomever is
running the rtty reflector.

When you get your e-mailed copy of your own individual report
back, wich typically takes less than five minutes, you can then
forward it to wherever you wish, such as the RTTY reflector,
your teammates, or your local contest club.

The big thing to remember is, if you want to have your score
appear in the summaries, you have to report it to the above
URL. If you don't, you will be left out. The summaries are
what most people look at.
