Torben, in this contest the multipliers are all countries
in the DXCC (ARRL) and WAE (DARC) lists. WAE includes (in
addition to DXCC) IT9, TA1, 4U1VIC, JW/Bear Isl., GM/Shetlands,
and they all count as multipliers.
