[RTTY] FR/E Europa to be on RTTY

This may be old news for some but just found out there
will be a DXpedition to Europa starting 22 November.

Looks like "digi-modes" will be included and by the
frequencies shown on the wesite, probably RTTY.

FR/E is grouped with FR/J (Juan de Nova) for DXCC
purposes and the 17th most needed entity on RTTY.
