[RTTY] MRF 422

Hi All


Is there anyone out there in radio land that knows
what version of MRF 422 transistor is used in the final of
The Yaesu FT 1000 one of mine went south and I want to replace both
of them but I can find only MRF 422 there are several versions
such as MRF 422 LB   MFR 422 HB etc


Any help is appreciated
