[RTTY] converting wf1b .bin files

Guess this is an old question but now that i have all my cw and ssb paper 
logs converted and ready to put on LOTW.
I thought i would do my WF1B rtty logs. I tryed to convert them with 
win-eqf log but it only gave me garbage. what do i need to use to convert 
the .bin files so i can import them to an adif file ?
