I mentioned that VU India was hard from St. Louis MO. I looked back at my log

Not too many over a 15 year period. I will admit that outside of a contest
that I will not work a rare one if there is a pileup and I already have it
confirmed. I figure to let the guys that need it work it.
BTW VU2WAP has been 100 percent QSL for the cards I have sent him.
