A Delicious Dish for the Christmas Party

Turkey in Whiskey (6 persons)

1 turkey, approx. 5 kg
1 bottle of whiskey
500 g streaky bacon
olive oil
salt
pepper
ketchup
aspirin

Buy a turkey of 5 kg and a bottle of whiskey. Salt and pepper the bird, 
and cover it with slices of streaky bacon, bind them fast.

Warm the oven till 200°. Take a glass whiskey to the success of the
comming delicious meal.

Put the turkey in the dripping-pan and push the pan into the oven. Take 
two shots whiskey. Set the oven to 250° and 120 minutes, so the turkey 
gets a handsom tough-go. Take three good quick shots whiskey.
And so aftr half anhour trie the birdie by stikkkking a pin inits ass -
whethwer it *s tender or nil and nix. If nix, pusht backk. Og take ssm 
shotss of hiskey tothe glori fthe day.
Now trytodraw that bird outfthe oven, if it comesnot, try haaarder.
Ouuuut it goess!! Fetchthe goddamncreature upfrom the kitchchchcen flor 
and swing upponthe dish. Wwwach out!!!! Dont slipp over
theoilyflooor.

Next day enjoy your turkey cold with ketchup and aspirin.
