Another interesting contest week end with low sun spot numbers and highly
variable band conditions. On 20 and 15 was fairly common to work a few
stations, then find the band completely dead for a few minutes, then decent for
a few, then back to being dead. Started at noon Saturday, and heard almost
nothing to the north east. No Russians, few Italians, no English contacts.
Short openings to South Pacific for Zl, Fo, and VK.
Expect we will see about the same thing for 'Roundup.
