The first time they dupe me, I work them again as maybe they busted my
call.  But, the third I send the QSO B4 message. One, station insisted on
a 3rd Q so I worked him again.  

At least this year I didn't have to use the "not in my log" buffer when I
was S&Ping.  A couple of station will not be in my log because when I
sent NR NR NR ?? they had already moved off frequency ;-(
