This morning, in 3-land, they were S-9+ on 40m LP about an hour after
our sunrise. Most days this past week, they had a decent signal on
20m LP an hour or two after sunrise. Today was an exception, being
much louder on 40, the MUF must have been lower. They've also had a
decent SP signal on 40m in the evening, peaking around their sunrise
at 0130Z.

Don't forget they are running 100W to verticals. If you can hear
them, they can hear you better.

Overall, on the east coast, the time to catch them is within an hour
or two of sunrise or sunset, depending on the band.

GL in the pileups,
