This is the first entry from a log entered from paper log to Cabrillo
form on the web site (http://www.ncjweb.com). This is the result that
was sent to me in the Cabrillo form and the error messages that
occurrs for each entry when I attempt to submit the log. This old head
doesn't work as well as it should; where did I go wrong?

I corrected the date.
2005-07-16: QSO date is after the end of the contest (2005-03-13).
1: Does not appear to be a name.
( the 1 after my call sign, I incremented each entry 1, 2, 3, etc.)
