[RTTY] W0ETC Memorial Plaque

Thanks to Ray Novak, N9JA, Division Manager - Amateur Products,
ICOM America, Inc., effective with February 2006 NAQP RTTY, each member of
the first place team will receive a plaque. This plaque will be a memorial
to Larry, for all dedication, hard work, and contribution to, not only NAQP
RTTY, but Amateur Radio, in general!
