[RTTY] Got 'er done!

Installed the A3S on the 65' tower today in 15-20 knot winds.  Didn't make a
difference, it went up fine.  More info when I have time.

Both antennas still resonant at the right frequencies.  No apparent interaction
that I can tell yet.
