That's pretty common this time of year. The solar flux is too low for
F2 propagation on ten, but sporadic E can happen at any time,
especially in summer. Notice the number of six meter spots - things
are a-hopping. 
I have a dozen or so ten meter beacons saved in memory, so it's easy
to tell when the band is open. Highly recommended.
