DON'T worry about it !!!

The R&O doesn't take effect until 30 days after it is published
in the "Federal Register" !!!

It is NOT going to effect the "Makrothen" contest at all !!!

You have 30+ days to try and resolve the RTTY Sub-Band.

Just get on the air and make Q's as usual.
