That did it! Thanks Jim AD6WL.
Windoz was hiding either a .log or .txt file extension even after I
renamed the file to .CBR. It was being renamed to .CBR.log or .CBR.txt
The JARTS site accepted my log after taking off the hidden .log/.txt
extension.
