[RTTY] P49X on 1809 & 10141

I'm duel-CQing on 30 and 160 right now.  Signals from the US-East Coast and
Mid-West are printable and about as strong at the Europeans.  The US should
build over the next few hours, so if you want P4 RTTY on these bands, give a
listen.
