Normally in Pactor the call is done in Pactor-I (level 1) but then, after ID,
both stations auto-switch to level 2 or 3. If it's a msg between MBO it's coded.

Is there anybody operating those stations? Sometimes I have printed pactor
to see what it was about and all it was was someone sending the same call
over and over again. Never see any text like watching a rtty QSO.
Same with packet. I see
W1XXX <RR>
W1XXX <blah blah blah>
W1XXX <more blah blah blah>
Just a bunch of jibberish letters and numbers. Never anybody saying
anything.
Just heard the VK6 beacon on 14.100 at 0107Z. Long path must be open. 73
