The ARRL DXCC and Challenge programs count QSOs made in digital modes like
PSK as if they were made in RTTY. This means the statistics obtained from
LotW or the ARRL DXCC desk may not be "pure RTTY" if some entity-bands were
worked in other digital modes.
The simple mechanism I posted for obtaining RTTY award progress from
DXKeeper similarly includes credit for QSOs made in digital modes that
"count" as RTTY. Obtaining "pure RTTY" statistics requires filtering the log
for RTTY QSOs only. Thanks to Jamie W2QO for pointing this out.
So does the RTTY TopList only count "pure RTTY" QSOs, or does it count
confirmed QSOs made in digital modes that the ARRL counts as RTTY?
