Instead of threatening blacklisting, RTTY dxpeditions with big pile-ups should 
make their response calls longer, so calling stations will have a better chance 
of hearing them.  N8S's "SV1XXX 599 599 SV1XXX" is not long enough for another 
caller who sends his call 4 times to hear if both start transmitting at or near 
the same time.

IK1MNY IK1MNY IK1MNY IK1MNY

The IK1 might never have heard N8S's response, and kept calling innocently, 
unfortunately on top of the SV.  Short responses may be a significant cause of 
the need for repeat responses by the DX station.
