This one is definitely 16 tones, so you can count out the 4-, 8-
variants, and also count out the 16-1000 since it is definitely not
that wide.
Someone with Olivia capability might try the sound file with the
Olivia 16-500 variant.
It is so close to being a double rate MFSK16 but I just could not
decode any English when I slowed it down to half speed.
