[RTTY] 3b7C - RTTY worked 7039.8MHz

Thanks to W6OAT, I got on his split freq and finally WORKED 3B7C! at 0221Z
So many guys do not know how to work split though :(
Yesterday I worked them exactly the same time on 40 meters CW.
They will be strong for another hour or so here, good time to work them from
W2, W3, W1.
