Thanks for the alert.  Good signal here in the Southeast USA.  Just worked them 
barefoot up 4 KHz on the 3rd call (no amps connected
yet since moving back into the shack)!  They are asking to call them up above 
7038 KHz because of QRM.

Thanks to W6OAT, I got on his split freq and finally WORKED 3B7C! at 0221Z So 
many guys do not know how to work split though :(
Yesterday I worked them exactly the same time on 40 meters CW.
They will be strong for another hour or so here, good time to work them from 
W2, W3, W1.
