I remember this discussion a couple of years ago. Some of the "old
hands" sent me some flamers telling me that 160m was a lousy place for a
RTTY contest. Wonder what has changed. I had better go pull out the SK
list.

I too would like to see a 160 meter RTTY contest. I would suggest it
use an already existing contest as a format, so no new contest
software would have to be written. I like the Makrothen because
scoring is based on distance between grid squares, but another contest
might have some other advantages.
Is there a club willing to take on the sponsorship? I will volunteer
to help out in any way needed.
