There seems to be issues with the web page http://www.lotwcontest.com that loops you to http://74.194.51.88:7777/. In addition, the LoTW tsql application does not recognize LOTW-RTTY as a valid contest and will not sign the Cabrillo .log file. I can change the tqsl preferences to upload the QSO's; however, it was my understanding it had to be submitted with the LOTW-RTTY contest name to be for consideration.
