Anyone understand the logic or reason behind the ARRL decision to include
PSK31 and other digital mode QSOs for the RTTY WAS and DXCC awards?
I can see the need or justification for the creation of a Digital award
category but never understood why it was combined with RTTY.
My RTTY WAS #054 and DXCC awards were all RTTY QSO's. I must be in the
minority on this topic but RTTY is RTTY, not PSK31 or other digital modes.
