If ANY DX station (non US/VE) would send "DX" instead of the State or
Province, everybody would be happy.
Make sense to make a little edition to the Rules.
There ara not so many stations outside of USA and Canada ara participating
(as of yet). Besides OL6X, I was called by IC8??? station, that was it. Did
not check though, if WL accepts DX instead of NY.
