[RTTY] Internet time sync

By default, WindowsXP synchronizes your computer time with a time server
once a week. If you would like to change that interval to something more
often such as once a day, go to this website and download the file:

http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_inet_time.htm

This if for WindowsXP only. I have used it for years, works great.
