[RTTY] LOTW, yay and nay

I just uploaded a file, and apparently have 4 confirmations, and the
contest isn't even over yet.

But I attempted to sign the Cabrillo file to upload, and it threw up
because it didn't recognize the contest name.  Why?
I had to generate an ADIF file for the LOTW submission.
