Only spent a few hours total in the contest, too many other things going
on this
weekend.
NOISE! The noise was terrible. I have an intermittent S9 power line
buzz that
decided to stick around all weekend. My noise blanker usually keeps it
in check,
but not this time. I think all of my neighbors were running arc welders.
Today, of course, the noise is gone.
20m was difficult late Saturday morning. Between the noise and the QSB,
I had
to check to make sure I wasn't on 160m.
But I still had fun, and that's what counts!
