According to the announced operations, both calls start with "T88"...

"T8     - JH0IXE (T88CW) and JA0FOX (T88NF) will  be  active  from 
Palau  on
          4-12 April. They plan to operate CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK31 and 
SSTV  on
          80-6 metres. QSL via home calls. [TNX The Daily DX]"
