Sure Phil,

a decline in general radio activity I guess over the last month or so. The 
bottom of the cycle longer than we all expected, summertime, the kids, the 
economic recession, you name it. It'll all come back you'll see. We have a last 
edition of Anarts in a couple of weeks and I sure hope we get some decent 
conditions and participation to honor this fine contest. Look frwd to see you 
all then. In the meantime, enjoy spring.
