Two options:

1) Upgrade to the IC-7600 which allows you to plug in a USB keyboard, or

2) Purchase a RTTY interface to connect the Pro 3 to your PC.

Google "RTTY Interface" and you'll get all kinds of options, from homebrew 
to commercial products.
