[RTTY] P49X 160m RTTY Tonight

I plan to be around 1811kHz RTTY on the hour from 00-06Z Tuesday through
Thursday this week.  (That starts at 7pm EST Monday in NA.)  This should
give opportunity to NA evening and EU early morning.  I'll stick around for
5-10 minutes at the top of the hour, but if no takers, then I'll do
something else until the next clock hour and try again.
