The current version of fldigi <http://www.w1hkj.com/download.html>
from Dave W1HKJ has Narrow and Wide buttons for 75 baud RTTY
operation plus other Custom options.  The two buttons are:

RTTY-75N  (75 baud, 5 bit, 170 Hz shift) for BARTG 75 RTTY Sprint
RTTY-75W (75 baud, 5 bit, 850 Hz shift) for Military and other special apps

One set of buttons is under the Op Mode menu and the other set is a
left-click popup/selector at the lower left side of the main fldigi panel.
