[RTTY] DL-DX RTTY this weekend

A reminder of the DL-DX RTTY contest this weekend. This contest is
unique in that it has classes for SO1R, SO2R, dipole/GP antennas,
six-hour and combinations of those, plus Multi-Op. Seven categories
altogether.
