Hi Phil,
 10 has been opening in the last month or so around 12z and later around 21z 
into EU/AF. I had an 
hour run into EU last week. I was a bit surprised as the a and k were pretty 
high.
Most ctc's logged on 10 was over 700 in the 2002 CQ WW test.
