[RTTY] NAQP RTTY RULES Non-North America

If I read the rules correctly, stations within NA send NAME & (STATE, PROV
or COUNTRY) and stations outside NA send only NAME.  My contacts with Brazil
and Italy are not being accepted by the Robot with just a name.  I do not
remember this coming up on the list before.  Am I interpreting something
wrong?

 

I did add Italy and Brazil to the QTH and it worked fine.
