Personal illness slowed me down this time so I gave it my best shot under
the
circumstances.
>From Florida propagation conditions were good on 15 meters when the band was
open. Due to a daily SSN of only 48 the band opened up to the east at
approximately 1100 UTC and closed to the west at 0100 UTC.
