[RTTY] Found the problem with the EA website

It turns out it is an IE9 compatibility problem after all. Going to
Tools>Compatibility Settings and adding the website to the list fixed
the problem. Just clicking on the Compatibility icon didn't fix it, for
some reason. But it's working now.
