It says it is proposing to change the NAME of the award, thats all.
Digital will encompass all digital modes , including RTTY
My RTTY award consists of 334 RTTY countries and VK0/M ZS8M on psk31,
for a total of 336
So for me , the " DIGITAL " name would be more appropriate.
