[RTTY] correct time

One thing I'd like to see is that people keep their computer time synchronized 
with a time source. There shouldn't be more than a minute difference in logged 
times but I've had 5 minute differences. "99.9%" of my contacts where within a 
minute. I guess it's not a "big deal" (just like whether or not to use a dash 
between numbers) but it's a pet peeve of mine.
