Thanks, guys, for the fast replies.  For some strange reason I am now able 
to get to the rules page.  Not sure what was going on before, but all is OK 
now.  No more replies necessary.  I apologize if I've wasted your time.  If 
I had to tell you what I did I couldn't.  I don't have a clue.  Again, 
sorry.
